How To Invest

To Invest in an OC Fund

1. Obtain a copy of the OC Funds Management Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).  (Download below or contact us directly)

 

2. Read the Product Disclosure Statement carefully and complete the application form attached (also availiable separately).

 

3. Attach a cheque payable to ‘National Nominees Ltd ACF OC Application Account’  or pay via EFT (details in the PDS) and send completed form to:

Applications are typically processed within two business days. The minimum initial application for the OC Premium, Dynamic and Concentrated funds is $20,000.   For the OC Cash Management Fund the minimum initial application is $5,000.  Further subscriptions and withdrawals may be of a lesser amount.

 

Applications can be made through margin lending or platform facilities.  Details of some of those organisations offering margin lending or platform facilities for the OC Funds can be found here.

To Redeem an Investment from an OC Fund

A redemption form must be completed to redeem units. Redemptions can be made by filling in the redemption form and faxing the completed form to (03) 9642 0066 or mail to:

OC Managed Accounts

To establish a managed account, please contact us. Investments into a managed account can be made in cash (cheque or electronic transfer) and/or in specie (by transferring in shares). Contributing shares to a managed account portfolio may minimise tax consequences where there is no change in beneficial owner (ie where the account is in the same name as the shares are already owned in). Shares to be transferred in may be broker sponsored (eg. on a CHESS HIN) or issuer sponsored.
