I want to invest. What do I do?

Individual investors

  1. Read the relevant fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). This contains important product and investment information.
  2. Fill in the Application Form at the back of the PDS and attach the requested supporting documentation.-
  3. Return the completed form and any documents to Copia, the responsible entity of our funds, by post, following the instructions on the form. The postal address is:

  4. Transfer your application money to Copia by cheque or EFT. Their bank account details are:

    When transferring your money by EFT, ensure you reference it appropriately so Copia can match it to your application.

How do I add to my investment?

By what time do I need to submit my application or withdrawal request?

By 2pm for all three funds: OC Premium Small Companies, OC Dynamic Equity and OC Micro-Cap.

I want to change how distributions are paid to me. What do I need to do?

Fill in the Income Distribution Election Form to tell Copia how you want distributions paid to you.

My personal details/address have changed. How do I let you know?

Update your details by filling in the Change of Contact Details Form. Return the completed form to Copia by email, fax or post, following the instructions on the form.

I want my financial adviser to have access to the details of my investment. What do I do?

You can give your financial adviser access by filling in the Change of Adviser Form. Return the completed form to Copia by email, fax or post, following the instructions on the form.

I have a new financial adviser. How do I let you know?

To provide Copia your new adviser’s details, fill in the Change of Adviser Form and return it to Copia by email, fax or post, following the instructions on the form.

I want to update my bank details. What do I do?

Fill in the Change of Bank Details Form and return the completed form to Copia by email, fax or post, following the instructions on the form.

I can’t remember the password to my online account. What do I do?

What can I see in my online account?

You can keep track of information relevant to your account online, including:

  • Valuation of your investments
  • Transaction history
  • Monthly fund updates
  • Annual financial statements
  • Personal contact details
I need to submit identification documents as part of my investment application. What documents do I submit and what’s the best way?

We are required under the Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing Act to collect information about you before we can invest your money (or pay you a distribution or return your money).

If you are a new investor, you must fill in the ‘Identification documents’ section in the Application Form of the fund in which you’re investing and submit originally certified supporting documentation. You will find detailed instructions on the Application Form.

I want to withdraw my investment. What do I do?

If I withdraw my investment, what unit price will I receive?

The unit price we apply to your withdrawal amount will depend on the time of day we receive your withdrawal request. If we receive your request by 2pm (AEST) on a Melbourne business day, you will receive that day’s unit price. If we receive it after this time, you will receive the following business day’s unit price.
