Charles is a Director of a number of private companies including Mutual Trust Limited, a substantial family office business which provides a comprehensive range of financial and wealth management services. Charles is a member of the Mutual Trust Investment committee. He was a Director of Institutional Equities at Deutsche Bank prior to which he was an Executive Director and head of the institutional equities business at E L & C Baillieu. He has 35 years experience in the investment industry. |

Robert was appointed Head of Investments in 2009 and has been a Portfolio Manager since joining OC Funds Management in 2001. Robert is responsible for the portfolio management of the OC Premium, Dynamic and Concentrated Equity Funds. Since joining OC as a senior portfolio manager Robert has focused on primarily on the small and mid cap segments of the market and has been instrumental in enhancing the investment process and procedures of the investment team.Prior to OC, Robert was a Senior Research Analyst with Austock Group specialising in small and mid-cap industrial companies. His responsibilities included business and industry analysis, financial modelling, and company valuation. Robert also spent time in the derivative divisions at UBS in London and Rabobank in the Netherlands. |

Sam is one of the founders of OC Funds Management and has been a member of the Investment Team since inception. Sam is also an Executive Director of OC Funds Management. As a senior member of the investment team, Sam focuses on the small and mid cap market and is an analyst for the Premium, Dynamic and Concentrated Funds. Sam has developed strong skills in the areas of detailed financial modelling, debt analysis and company valuation and has also developed many corporate relationships within the OC company universe.Sam began his investment career at EL & C Baillieu where he was a member of the research team. Sam’s primary responsibility was to produce research for companies within the ASX100 for both the industrial and mining sector. This research largely involved site visits, detailed financial modelling and competitor analysis. |

Sidney is the Chief Executive Officer of the Yulgilbar Group of Companies which operates investment management and agricultural businesses. He holds directorships with The Myer Family Company Pty Ltd and The Myer Family Office Pty Ltd, as well as a number of other private companies. He has over 25 years experience in the retailing and investment industries in Australia and Asia. Sidney is a Director of a number of charitable organisations including The Sidney Myer Fund, the Zoos Victoria Foundation, Asialink and the Asia Society AustralAsia Center. |

Michael is a Director of Newmont Mining Corporation, the world’s largest gold producer and a Fortune 500 company. He is also a Director of Genesis Emerging Markets Limited (PLC) in the U.K., a multi-billion dollar asset manager. He is Deputy Chairman of the Royal Botanic Gardens in Victoria and also Chairman of the Royal Botanic Gardens Australian Garden Project Fundraising Committee. He has extensive experience in investment banking and has worked as a Director and consultant since 1986 when he retired as Joint Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McIntosh Hamson Hoare Govett Limited (now BofA Merrill Lynch Australia). |

Graham has had 30 years local and international investment banking experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, project and property financings and major infrastructure projects. Past clients include major Australian Corporations, Property Construction Groups and State Governments. Apart from on-going financial consultancies, Graham is the Chairman of Ronstan International; an Australian based manufacturer and exporter, a start up IT company, a director of Monash College and a major Private Fund Manager and Investment group. |

Sam Cole was appointed to OC Funds Management in March 2004 in a Marketing and Operations role. Sam is responsible for the operational functions within OC Funds Management and is a key driver of OC’s marketing strategy.Prior to joining OC Funds Management Sam was a Product Manager at Equity Trustees Limited for three years. His responsibilities included product development, marketing, managing performance analytics and client relationship management. Prior to that he spent a year in London working firstly for the Bank of New York and then for the Bank of Ireland. |
