OC Funds Management is in its 12th year of operation as a boutique provider of best of breed investment solutions. OC is a strong and well resourced business that is 100% independently owned by staff and directors. 

In April 2010, OC Funds Management acquired Patriot Managed Accounts Pty Ltd (now called OC Managed Accounts Pty Ltd) which specialises in the management of discreet Australian share portfolios, otherwise known as individually managed accounts.

In November 2011, OC founded OC International  to partner with a select group of best-in-class international fund management groups and to introduce their investment capability to institutional investors in Australia and New Zealand.

 In October 2012, OC acquired Ralton Asset Management which specialises in the management of high quality Australian share portfolios exclusively through managed accounts and mandates. Ralton was founded in 2001 and currently manages portfolios on behalf of a wide range of Investors, including charitable trusts, corporations, superannuation funds, family trusts and individuals.
